@RebellCookie Which outfits do you have them on most ? Warm/Cold and swimwear still seem to get so many accessory so I'm guessing the medical ones are no exception to that rule.

I have to verify this as soon as I can play a bit longer again, but as far as I remember, it was not only warm/cold, they wore them as sleeping outfits and party outfits too.
And it's not exactly like in the thread, they don't wear that item on everything, but the item in general is somehow worn at least once per sim.
