[NEEDS INPUT] Missing Clothes for Sims of the Other Gender

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Svenska
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.59.73.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous, Island Living, Vampires, Jungle Adventures, StrangerVille, Realm of Magic, Kids Room Stuff, Luxury Party Stuff, Holiday Celebration Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to find the pieces of clothing shown in pictures below, when you're making a male sim in CAS.
What happens when the bug occurs? These clothes don't exist for male sims.
What do you expect to see? That male sims can wear these clothes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    The dream home decorator ripped skinny jeans are not an option for “Male Sim with a Feminine Frame”.

    Which is strange because they do show up for “Female sim”, “Male sim” and sims with the custom frame: “Female Sim with Masculine frame”.

    I know some female clothing options aren’t available for male sims, but considering these jeans are available for male sims, I am assuming that this is a bug, and not on purpose.

    I’ve provided pictures to further explain the problem. 🙂 thanks!!

    Also this Base Game short dress is not available for Male sims - even changing the frame of the body doesn't help. I have seriously been looking for this dress for actual months, I just thought I was really bad at finding things, before I considered whether it might actually be a real problem...
