What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all, expect the deluxe upgrade
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Watch out for sims starting to have a bbq in public areas during a thunderstorm.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims are having a bbq/use the grill in public outdoor spaces while there is a thunderstorm going on
What do you expect to see? Sims running inside or at least using an umbrella. Not sitting in the rain eating burgers
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Sims are having a bbq/use the grill in public outdoor spaces while there is a thunderstorm going on. They don't seem to mind at all. This happens when I am on my home lot and random sims start using the grill in public park spaces
