[NEEDS INPUT] Tea Brewer/Coffee Maker Missing

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a Tea Magic Personal Brewer on a counter. Upgrade all options. Brew Healthy Green Tea (which is what I've only brewed). Play. Save As. Exit game. Open save.
What happens when the bug occurs? When save is opened the brewer is gone. Not in family inventory. The brewer may have been clean/empty/dirty.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the brewer on my counter top where it was when I closed the game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I searched and didn't see a report of this anywhere. Sorry if it is a repeat of a problem already reported. 

My tea pot keeps disappearing. I have not employed a maid or a butler. I do have a neat sim in the household. This neat sim does go on a "cleaning frenzy" often. I have followed her around and she never removes the tea pot from the counter. The counter isn't dirty either. The counter used is the BroHill Wood Counter Solution from the Parenthood game pack.  This happens most of the time when I close the game (save as)  and reopen it. 

My game has been refreshed and repaired. I am not sure if it was occurring before the last patch as I haven't placed a tea pot since before the Cats and Dogs expansion was added.
