Had a friend test that could also duplicate them showing up at pools. These does seem oddly inconsistent so I've added.

      I never retested without my mod to see in a new save, but nothing has changed with the default. It still points to the ctyae filter and not the pctyae filter which starts with child and not toddler.

        but it's still pctyae for pools ?
