I’m playing the reaper career and i have to determine the cause of death but theres no body on the lot to be found? I even tried using the “locate deceased sim” option and nothing happens??
I am just now having the same issue, I get to the lot and there is no body to reap, nothing happens when I 'locate sim' either. I did notice that when I hovered the cursor over one person it said Dead and then they changed in to reaper uniform and disappeared, so that may have caused an issue. I don't use mods at all btw.
