[NEEDS SAVES] Moodlets/Quirk Notifications for infants after Infant has aged up

I aged up my sim in CAS and now my adult sim is showing the infant wiggly moodlet and also showing infant sitting positions. I tried the suggestions in the following post but nothing helped:
