[NEEDS SAVES] Moodlets/Quirk Notifications for infants after Infant has aged up

I have a teenage sim that I aged up in cas as a baby (baby to child and child to teen) and now I randomly get the notification “Quirk Revealed: Frequently Sneezes) and the character glitches into the “w position” that I fonts sit in and sneezes before standing up like normal. I’ve tried to hold shift and press “Reset Object (Debug) but it doesn’t do anything. I’ve also reset the game itself but that also doesn’t do anything. Any tips?
