Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On the save file, any time CAS is opened and the done button is clicked (does not happen if cancel button is used to exit CAS) the bug occurs.
What happens when the bug occurs? Bethany (household sim) and Kamalah (non-household sim) are in a romantic relationship and have a baby together (in Bethany's household). Whenever CAS is used (to plan outfits for example) the relationship between them changes to an aunt/niece relationship and romance interactions are no longer possible, though their romantic relationship bar remains.
What do you expect to see? Using CAS should not add family relationships to non-related sims.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Adult and young adult are the age groups. Interestingly, the young adult becomes the aunt, although that sim has been in the neighborhood longer, just hasn't aged up.
It does sound a lot like that other link you provided, I went ahead and gave it a me too.
