Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything but horse ranch , Journey to Batu , For rent
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travel anywhere on Xbox
What happens when the bug occurs? When I select Travel on the phone or a sim calls to want to hang out at a venue when my game freezes up and crash
What do you expect to see? To be able to travel without my game crashing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. The recent Emergency patch on 3/6/2024
Recently EA patched certain Xbox bugs that cause crashes now after the emergency update the crashes start again. Specifically when I want to travel with my sim. It don’t matter if I choose to travel or my sim is invited out when it will just crash. Yes I cleared my cache out and my sims inventories are empty it don’t matter what I do it still crashes.
