[NEEDS SAVES] Situational Interactions Often Missing in New Pie Menus

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a hired employee and try to dismiss/fire/tip them.
What happens when the bug occurs? Employees are unable to be dismissed/fired/tipped.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to dismiss my employees.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Infant/social menu categorization update

Employee-specific actions are missing from the new social categories. If they don't appear in the first pie menu, I have to keep closing and re-opening the social menu, hoping they show up this time.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to use work related interactions in get to work careers
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no work based interactions when in an active career. For example, in doctors career there is no social interaction for 'transfer patient case'
What do you expect to see? All work based social interactions should be there
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I believe this bug also occurs with work from home tasks

I can't find ask about day. It is a required task for the doctor career to ask about coworker's day but it is nowhere to be found.

Ask about day is also missing and it is an active career task too...

I made a couple of spell casters for my first play through with infants and growing together.  The wife wants to ask her husband about his day, and I can't find it anywhere.  I would expect it to be under small talk at the very least, but it is not there.  I've looked through all of the friendly interactions.

@PipMenace For the pets interactions, can you think of specific interactions that don't appear? 

I checked in a new save and the "Lecture about... " interactions appears normally, either directly in the suggested interactions list or under Friendly. In fact, it looks like the pets menu hasn't been re-designed.

The "The transfer patient case" appears normally for me, under the "Examine Patient" menu category, when clicking on a patient. 

Other work-based interactions appear as well, either under the "Examine Patient" category, the "Treat Patient" category or directly when clicking on a patient (as is the case for "Deliver food" and "Ask to leave"). 

I'm having the same issue. 

I'm unable to find any of the character values interactions (Parenthood).
Like "Calm Emotions" form Compassionate trait for example.
Has anyone found those?
