In Hospital there is no Doctors showing up for work What do you expect to see? Id like to see DocAny tors showing up for work regardless of time of day. When you get to work other doctors should already be there. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used. Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Don't think there's a current thread for this.Is this while your Sim is working in the hospital or while you visit there for having a baby ? If it's for work, did you never have one, even at the lower levels ?

@crinrict Ok I can edit and I had a doctor working for the lower levels I think when I got to the 5th or 6th promotion they just stopped showing up

@DragothX1X Actually not sure if there is need for doctors at higher levels as you don't really need them as co-workers (the task with doctors are at lower levels). They wont' help you out, you're on your own-

@crinrict It has a task sometimes to transfer case and there is no other doctor to transfer the case to which is where the problem comes in.

@DragothX1X Also not sure what to do about the task not coming up to deliever a sim for the next doctor promotion I read the link about someone else having that issue but im not quite sure how to go about fixing it.

@crinrict not sure I just know I no longer have another doctor showing up to work with me now for like 20 sim weeks a patch came out one day a while back cant remember what version but iv had the issue ever since with no doctor showing up also I have some weird glitch where people on the surgery table flip around outside the table then back in.

@DragothX1X for the lower levels 1-3, your sim acts as the orderly role, so there will be a nurse and doctor there with you at the hospital.

For the mid levels 4-6, your sim acts as the nurse, so an orderly and doctor will be at the hospital for you to transfer cases to.

For the higher levels 7+, your sim acts as the doctor, so there will be a nurse and orderly there. There shouldn't be any tasks that involve transferring a case. At these levels, there are occasional days when a message pops up that you are short staffed, and that means an orderly hasn't shown up - on those days you might see an extra doctor at the hospital instead.

@simvasion I had a task yesterday that was transfer a case and I mean its kinda hard to do that when there is no other doctor working

@simvasion Maybe the devs could remove that particular job task at those higher levels perhaps I dont know maybe it was a fluke that it showed up but not being able to deliever a baby for the promotion for 10 sim weeks now is kinda bumming me out
