[NOT BUG] [S] Skating skill doesn't show up in skill menu

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on the roller rink or skating rink and click on any of the skating options
What happens when the bug occurs? The progress bar appears above the Sim when he/she skates around but nothing shows up in the skill menu. I can hear the "achievement" tune when the progress bar fills
What do you expect to see? The skill should show up in the skill menu and there should be a pop up on the notification wall each time the bar fills up
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
