@crinrict No, they will just walk up and start fighting. I believe I may have seen one instance where someone was already angry, but the majority of the time there aren't any angry indicators before.

Do you have a save shortly before the fight starts you could share with me ?
No worries about the video size. You can make them bigger by clicking in the lower right corner of the video once it's running. @chloeisabella97 I've checked your save and I'm not 100% sure I checked the right neighborhood for the NAP but the one where the bar is in where you currently have a Sim DOES have Roughhousing
The NAPs are always per neighborhood and not per world.
Let me know if I checked the wrong lot.
