[FIXED] Occult Picker Shimmers Every Single Time I Enter CAS

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.265.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLC
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter CAS, click on the occult picker. Exit CAS, re-enter and every single time it will do the shimmer thing as if it's new.
What happens when the bug occurs? It keeps shimmering / flashing every single time I enter CAS after touching it
What do you expect to see? It to shimmer once to shoe me its new and then after clicking it to never do it again next time I enter cas.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Every time CAS is entered, the game thinks it's new. It has already been clicked on multiple times.
