Only getting silver reward for meeting Style Influencer

What is your current game version number? Version 1.57
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have pretty much all packs. I think the fitness pack and Star Wars are the only ones I don’t have.

What happens when the bug occurs? When the event first begins, before I’ve even done any tasks, it shows that I have gold. The green bar is at the beginning as usual but I have gold. When I actually finish all tasks, I watched it switch to silver No matter what I do. It won’t work. I should have gold but it won’t change no matter how much I interact with him,
What do you expect to see? I should have gold.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
