[OPEN] Can't disable Neighbourhood Stories (Completely/part)

@crinrict Sorry about the late reply, I was busy. It was the same with or without mods but I mean it's fine, it's a tad annoying especially in a save with a couple of legacies but well the game is full of bugs so one less or more. I just have to uncheck all the options so they don't do anything. Eventually, they could be adopting a pet but at least they're not popping kids here and there all the time or switching careers whenever they want to.
