@Smokahontas3690 Did Sims live there before that died ?

Some of the houses had sims that lived there and have passed. But this is effecting every single house in the game and lots of them have not had any sims living in them.
- @Smokahontas3690 If you go to build mode of the houses, are they still furnished ?

No I have not. If I go into the houses in build mode yes they are furnished. It's only when I try to move my family to one that they show as unfurnished.
When I get this bug, I send my sim to visit the lot I want him to purchase. Then, I send my sim back home. And then, when I try again to buy the house for my sim, the furnished option is suddenly available.
You can try this, see if it solves the problem.
Well... until they fix the bug!
