[OPEN] Can't move into furnished homes

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.335.1020 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost all, except horses, for rent, lovestruck and some minor packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move family
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't buy a house in a furnished state even though it is furnished
What do you expect to see? That I can buy a furnished house
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Hi,

I want to move my family into a home (golden peak, previously owned by the prescott family). It is furnished. But I cannot choose the furnished option while moving.

I don't have this problem with other houses. I can move in furnished unoccupied houses and I can evict families to move into their furnished home.

My theory is that I cannot move in previously occupied houses by families that moved somewhere else (or died?). They probably moved because of the neighborhood stories. I turned that off very early in my game but I think that the prescotts moved even before that. I cannot think of another reason. Can also not reproduce this as I have no other empty but previously occupied houses. 

I will turn on neighbourhood stories in another save to further test this.

But maybe someone else has an idea or there is already a report on this? I couldn't find it.
