I'm having a problem with the cheat codes for raising a skill.   They are not working.  I have testingcheats on before I try, but nothing happens.  I've tried raising a few different skills, none of them work.  It's been happening since the last update.

@melaniet1020 I merged your post with the main thread although it's about lowering skills and not raising.

I haven't read the whole thread though, maybe others have issues too.
