Question

this happens everytime. ive noticed it for a while but it just occured to me to report it

This is still an issue! Here's a screenshot from the city living trailer how the bubble blower thingy actually moves nicely instead of stretching from that one vertice (0:40 on the announce trailer)

I'm also having this problem. I don't think it's CC related because I've had my CC packed Sims use this thing before and have had no issues with it playing the animation properly, now it stretches instead of moving fluidly.

I will say though, I haven't played with a household that had one of these things in roughly 3 years, but I am aware this stretching animation for the tube isn't normal.
