recent update removed child age group from most ghost traits (except for drowning and fire)

@kusurusu  Children can also die of pufferfish, freezing and overheating, but those those traits are unavailable for them. (And possibly meteor)

    @Veemo8 - 100% correct. Children have been reduced only to Fire and Drowning as Ghost options. Other death types can't even be cheated in. This is ridiculous.

    @iamsweetmystery Old age and Flowers are also restricted to elders, this sucks because old age is the stock standard ghost with no special powers, and their is no way to create a younger generic ghost.
