[OPEN] [CoL] Can't grill salmon with Simple Living active

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.78.58.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to grill samon on a lot with the Simple Living challenge active while having all the required ingredients in your inventory or fridge.
What happens when the bug occurs? The option to grill salmon is grayed out and the ingredients list says "Salmon 0/0, Herbs 2/2", even though I have more than enough salmon in my inventory and/or fridge.
What do you expect to see? For the option to grill salmon to be available and the ingredients list to say "Salmon 2/2, Herbs 2/2".
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Somebody asked about this issue in a discord server so I tried it in my own game. First in my main save (with mods) and could not grill salmon, despite having the required ingredients in my inventory. Then I tried without mods in another save. Same result. However, other recipes that require salmon can be cooked (such as herb-crusted salmon).
