[OPEN] 'Conquered Fear' Moodlet Remains Indefinitely

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a sim until they get a fear, then conquer the fear.
What happens when the bug occurs? The "Conquered Fear" confident moodlet remains indefinitely, until relaunching the game.
What do you expect to see? Confident moodlet does not remain indefinitely until relaunch
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Installed the lastest four updates
Not much to say except my sim got the "fear of failure" fear and after I conquered it, he had the "conquered fear" moodlet stuck for several in-game days. The moodlet had no countdown or timer. It finally went away after I relaunched the game, but I haven't done further playing to see if that works every time or not.
