What happens when the bug occurs? Drinks and dishes in the list below are missing.
What do you expect to see? To be able to add at least some of these drinks and dishes to restaurant menus.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Some of these might be by design that they're missing, because of their effects (I've noted the effects in the list below), but since we can already pick some drinks and foods with effects, for example the teas, I don't think that's the reason for all of these drinks and dishes to be missing. I also think that drinks and dishes with certain effects, even if it's only emotional effects, should have those effects stated/tagged when you pick them for your restaurant menu.
Missing base game dishes:
