[OPEN] [FR] [HCHSP] Steamed Rice/Vegetable Chili Not Compatible with Food Stand

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make steamed Rice and Vegetable Chili and try to sell it on the HCH table
What happens when the bug occurs? The tooltip for both dishes steamed rice and vegetable chili gets enlarged. When people buy either dish no money is received. There isnt even a UI indicator that shows there has been a markup applied to the dish (like it does with the other FR meals).
What do you expect to see? Money exchanged for the dish when sold on the HCH table, appropriate tooltip size, and markup indicators visible on the tooltip.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Enlarged UI when placed on HCH stand (normal when not added to table). Happens with every Steamed Rice and Vegetable Chili Dish
Coconut Rice is an example of what the Markup UI (green text) should look like for these meals.
To my knowledge, the Steamed Rice and Vegetable Chili dishes are the only one with this issues.
