So I'm running DX12 and I have this issue. I'm having trouble going from 12 to 11 as I'm not the best with computers. What should I do?

    @AhkittE You probably run Sims in DX9. DX12 would be what windows can handle not what the game is running in.

    Check on the main menu in the lower right corner next to the version number.
