I am building a spa and I am using the spa lockers from the pack and everytime I go to place the locker my game will freeze then completely crash :/ I've tried repairing the game through the EA app and every other object can be placed except the spa lockers

This is also happening to my game currently I'm trying to rebuild my school in the High School pack but the double and up lockers are causing the game to completely crash
the single lockers were doing it as well until I repaired the game but when I clicked on the double locker it caused it to crash again. is there a bug with the lockers??

I merged your post with the main thread but it would be good to have the info.
For now, try switching to DX11.- 4 months ago
So I have had this exact same problem, Every time I go to place the kitchen cabinet it’ll crash out. But even if I avoid kitchen cabinet and I’m randomly just playing the game, I get maybe 15 minutes in before it crashes. I had no issues before I tried to download a mod for the dlc unlocker. I Couldn’t figure it out so I ended up just deleting the files (I think). The only other mod I have installed is the WW. I had no issues before I tried to install the unlocker. Every time it crashes, it also deletes all OneDrive files related to the Sims. When I open the game it also says I own the packs which I don’t and am confused about. I don’t understand how to fix any of it and have just given up on trying to play. I’m using a surface pro 9, and I’m not tech savvy at all.
