[OPEN] Game crashing when placing certain items (Intel Iris XE, DX9)

I have the same issue but even worse any time I move the camera too fast or try to place various different items (clutter, counter tops, toilets, coffee tables) my game freezes and crashes I play on laptop mode because I play on a laptop use medium quality but i tried turning it down thinking that causes the crashing but it still happens I dont have any mods or any packs and it started happening after the patch before life and death.
