Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

Thank you so much but I believe my problem is resolved. Another post guided me towards putting -dx11 in the advanced launch options for the game and now its all working. I think you even suggested it in that post. Thank you. I can't seem to find it now.
