[OPEN] [HSY] Already married Sims ask another Sim to marry them

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.358.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play two Sims not living together in a romantic relationship
What happens when the bug occurs? My SIm was having an affair with a married NPC. The married NPC came over and a pop-up said he was proposing. He was still married, had not left his spouse.


What do you expect to see? I expect for Sims to only propose when they're single.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Uploaded the new expansion pack this morning.

    @PositivelySIMful My sim also is having an affair with a married sim, he proposed, and she accepted, and it gave the option to elope immediately. I did so to test it out, and now the married sim is also married to my sim.

    My sim was romancing a married sim (not in household) when he asked to propose to her so I said yes and the option to elope immediately was there so my sim married the non household sim and he is now married to my sim and his original wife at the same time. I tried this with and without mods and the same happened, also my married sim cannot propose to other sims. I'm pretty sure the sims 4 only allows one married spouse.

    I've had this happen in some of my rotational played families.

    Ralf Palm is now married to Rory Oaklow

    and Christina Palm-Creep.

    The game decided, that Rory (single) appeared at Ralf's house and wanted to take the next step in their relationship. Ralf accepted and they were able to marry.

    I have had this as well.

    My Sim was romancing Bjorn Bjergsen and Bjorn came over to my sims house and proposed to her, although he was still married to Clara.

    I was able to say yes, so he was then married to Clara and engaged to my Sim.

    When clicking on Bjorn, I had the option to elope immeadiately.
