@dn3ab I found an older similar thread and merged.

Since the other user never uploaded their Sim, would you mind uploading yours ?

I uploaded it. It's named Mermaid Family. The bug occurred with all three children

      I also have this issue, though I originally thought it was a hair issue. Thanks, crin! So far it is only happening on one child sim, though there are others with the mermaid trait around. So I'll keep an eye out for additional wonkiness as I play through.
