Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open any cooking menu and check the recipies I listed below
What happens when the bug occurs? Many omissions/misassignments occur
What do you expect to see? I expect to see all ingredients written correctly and that fish dishes are not incorrectly listed among meat dishes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes after the 1.101.290.1030 patch.

Before I start the list of omissions, I wanted to in any case thank the team for this update of the cooking menus ( cooking, baking, gourmet cooking...) because they are really very helpful. Thank you.
I will start by saying that my Sim has lv 10 in all three different skills, and that he has acquired all the recipes from Selvadorada, S. Myshuno, Batuu and those of some of the stall vendors in Brindleton Bay.

I start with the classic cooking menu. The first two pictures refer to two Batuu recipes: Felucian Garden Spread and Rising Moons Overnight Oats

In the first picture, the quantity is present but not the ingredient; in the second, the ingredient is completely missing even though it is fruit-based.

Continuing we have Brigadeiro which is chocolate and milk based and there is no ingredient, Chili which lacks meat, Mud Carp where fish is missing.

Also in the cooking menu, there are misassignments between meat and seafood. Lobster roll is seafood not meat and also Seafood chowder is seafood, not meat.

Let's move on to gourmet cooking.
Salt and Pepper Shrimp Cocktail is without the main ingredient, shrimp, and Eggs Benedict has no eggs.

To finish, the baking menu, both for regular ovens and the cupcake factory. The onion bagels lack onions, and it would be more correct to include pineapple in the two exotic recipes (Exotic Fruit Pie/Exotic Fruit Tarts), not lemon, which is not exotic.

Feel free to add other omissions if you find them around, I may have forgotten some.

(EDIT 2: I should also add that I tested in a lot without the Simple Living trait. Trying to play with this trait enabled, however, the required ingredients for certain recipes were correctly listed.)
