[OPEN] [LD] Reaper: 'One day remaining to reach quota' message every day

The quota does seem to reset on a more or less weekly basis, but it really is hard to tell with the "one day left" notification popping every day. Plus one time I got the notification I'd made the quota, but it was on a day off, and by the time I had another work day the quota had reset. It would be nice if the "one day left" warning came before the last work day, not just the last 24 hour period, if that's possible. But even the last 24 hour period would be better than daily.
