Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Befriend the Lin-Z Smart Speaker (gaining a strong relationship) and get hungry.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the Lin-Z speaker notices your hunger is low, when your friendship level with it is high, it will order a pizza for you for free. The notification that a pizza has been ordered is displayed, but shortly thereafter another notification pops up from the delivery person that because the Sim didn't show up for the delivery, the pizza is left outside for the ants. Except there is no delivery attempt and no pizza around the lot.
What do you expect to see? I expect to receive the pizza or at least see the pizza left on the ground outside.

The notifications that the pizza has been ordered and the pizza has been delivered are back to back. This has occurred multiple times.
I'm on PC with mods (none that affect services) and when playing a city living save I've noticed the exact same issue. No in game loss, but it makes me sad that the virtual food is going to waste.
