What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? GTW, CL, GT, Dine Out, Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Vampires, Bowling, Kitchen Stuff, Movie Hangout, Perfect Patio, Vintage Glamour
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a sim with Loves the Outdoors trait.
What happens when the bug occurs? You sim doesn't get Negative bufff for being Inside too long and doesn't get postive buff for being outside.
What do you expect to see? The buffs to happen when they are supposed to happen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Patch 1.65
Loves the Outdoors trait is complete toast now. Priot to patch 1.65 to trait was partially broken (no Postivie buff for outside), buI at least got the Negative buff for being inside. After patch 1.65, my sim doesn't get the Negative buff anymore.
Removed all mods, cleared cache, updated Origin, reparied game, cleared Origin cache and made a pot of tea I wish was coffee.
@sushicrow For how long sim-time did you keep your sim inside?
@DonroaAkashu My sim was inside for more than 8 sim hours at an indoor Maxis-made gym in Windenburg. It was never like this before the patch.
I forgot to add that I made a brand new sim to test this in a brand new unedited map.
