[OPEN] [PS4] Gallery Menu Distortion

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.26.54.3400
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I found this testing another bug. I went to an empty lot, downloaded a restaurant from the gallery, went into the CAS to edit worker outfits. Once you exit the CAS, go back into the gallery screen. This is how it appears.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can not use the left and right buttons/bumpers on the controller anymore and the screen is distorted and the controls flash at the top (See attached video). This distortion persists until you close the game. It continues to look like this and the bumpers don't work in build mode even when loading different saves. It only clears when you close the game completely and reload it.
What do you expect to see? No distortion and the bumpers working correctly in build mode and the menu screens.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

    I have the same problem on PS4 since last update. Thank you EA that my game is in the most time I have it unable to play because of bugs.

    so every time I use the gallery and place down a few houses or whatever, my gallery glitches out like crazy! the controls show PlayStation controls, and they’re flashing in and out! 

    then the Category on the left side goes out of frame, and it’s just all over the place! I’ll put a photo. 

    does this happen to anyone else? it’s happened for a really long time. and no matter how much I quit my game and reload it, it still does this.

    Just about October and this is still an issue. Has anyone found a resolution yet?

    I didn’t have this problem until this recent October 6th update on ps4. Ps4 controls  L1 and R1 not working at all after using them one time to switch in between pages on the gallery, and editing in build mode, cannot rotate objects or zoom in or out in CAS mode as the toggle sticks don’t work in CAS after zooming in a sims face, the game is already buggy, and glitches enough as it is, but this update has made it unplayable!
