[OPEN] [SD] Unable to Lead Meditation Class for Cost

This is happening to me with the yoga class. Also, when everyone stops either at the beginning or halfway through the class, they start playing instruments in the middle of the yoga room.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Visit a spa, set up a meditation room. Promote meditation, host meditation. It allows 30 sim minutes for others to join. Once the class starts it stops and the active sim stands up. I worked the first time. I restarted the game, but every time there after it just stops.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the class starts the session exits itself and the active sim stands up. If you try again it does the same thing.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a sim host a meditation session successfully at a spa.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

What happens when the bug occurs? Will host a class, a student will leave a comment, will not get paid.
What do you expect to see? I expect to get paid after hosting a public or private meditation or yoga class at a spa.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except Horse Ranch, though I'll be getting that when it releases.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim try and host a meditation class. I've tried with both private and public classes.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sims all sit down, it says waiting to start session, but the meditation class never starts. After a while, everyone leaves and my Sim doesn't get paid.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my Sim successfully hosting a meditation class session and get paid for her services. 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No idea. I only just tried running a class for the first time yesterday.

I did have my Sim try teaching a yoga class and that worked fine. The bug seems to be just for meditation classes. Which sucks because this is my 100 baby matriarch and Sims can't do yoga while they're pregnant. Also I tried on both a spa lot and at home, multiple times, but it just didn't work.

I noticed this bug report was started in October 2021. Is there no fix or workaround for it yet?

So, I've been playing with this content a bit more, and decided to do some troubleshooting to see if I could get it to work or any more information about why group meditation classes fail. I've tried different lot types, household sims versus NPCs, etc. It does look like the bug is related at least somewhat to lot type.

• Group meditation classes fail about 90-95% of the time on residential lots. It fails with both household and NPCs sims as class members. The instructor and the class members both cancel out of the interaction on the transition from waiting for the class to start to the class actually starting.
• On select public lots, including spa lots and libraries, the instructor does not cancel the interaction during the transition from waiting to in class, but does cancel occasionally. Some class members do cancel out, but generally not all of them. It seems like household members are more likely to cancel out than NPCs. This is more likely to succeed than holding a class on a residential lot, but this is still error-prone enough to be frustrating.
• It seems like cancellation happens more frequently when there's another action lined up in the action queue, but this is also not 100%.

Whenever my sims attempts to host a paid meditation it can start but all participants cancel and leave throughout at different times. My sim does not receive any payment.
