[OPEN] [SE] Workaholic Sim keeps trying to leave lot to 'Go To Work'

I have a workaholic sim and now basically all that their autonomy ever pushes is to go to work. I can't leave him for one minute unattended or he will go to work.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Werewolves, My Wedding Stories, Journey to Bantu, and the only kits I DO have are Country Kitchen, Bust the Dust, Courtyard Oasis, and Blooming Rooms
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim sit and tell them to sit them troll teh forums.
What happens when the bug occurs? Go to Work queues while he trolls the forums, he CAN finish trolling but when he finishes he leaves to work
What do you expect to see? They just sit down and Troll teh Forums without going to work or some other unprompted action
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have to tell him to sit, cause my sims struggle using the laptop anyway but I don't mind, and then tell him to troll teh forums. Then a couple actions pop up (not sure if those are cursing since hes tense or going to work) and then are cancelled (not by me, by game) and then eventually "Go to Work" sticks. This only happened within the last few hours and seem to only happen after I tried to make him go to work on off hours once, I also cancelled that like halfway through if it matters. It happened after installing CC and MCCC, I removed those bit by bit and then eventually my whole mods folder and removed anything that wasn't a File Folder from my Sims 4 folder and repaired filed and the issue is still occurring

@SimGuruRitzy  Are you still looking for saves? Because my game is still doing this. Stressed from being "jobless" even as she completes daily tasks, constantly trying to leave to "Go to Work" - even while working from home, she'll abandon work tasks because she's too tense from work withdrawal and try to go to work. It's ridiculous. Especially since every Sim always gets workaholic eventually, unless you actually make them skip work on a regular basis.

I normally have a mod in that fixes the workaholic lifestyle, but since the last update I've been using my mod-free save and I'd forgotten just how bad this bug was.

Yeah. I'm having the same issue with my 2 of my Sims one is a gardener, and the other is in the military.. They're both workaholics and always tense and miss work to be at work. Its confusing. They're at work? Then they end up leaving early and only making some money, which tarnishes their performance. Its hard to progress with it... I liek to play a household of multiple family sims and so it does it more especially when other things going on. 

Do you still need save files for this?  My sim just left a date to go to work before I could cancel it

What happens when the bug occurs? Sim waking up in the middle of the night and going to work despite not having work
What do you expect to see? Sim should have slept through the night

Sim is a workaholic but has a fear of the dark

@MoonCaliope Workaholics are constantly trying to leave the lot to “go to work on off hours” - I would try to get rid of that lifestyle (or use a mod to tone it down)

Workaholic sims going in to work at off hours, even though they don't get paid, is part of the way the lifestyle is designed and is not a bug.

This thread is about the bug where going to work at off hours conflicts with actually going to work at the scheduled time, interrupts sims who are already at work at an active career, or queues up so much that it crashes the game.
