@BryonyRae In any lot, just place a low foundation and place the stair. I believe that the problems are not in the lots, but yes in the one-degree stairs.
@leozabotto It is not happening in any lot for me, which is why I'd like to get the names of some of the lots you're using. For instance, I just tested on Potters Splay in Willow Creek with no issues, but Slipshod Mesquite in Oasis Springs does have the issue. So I do suspect this is a glitch that applies to certain lots rather than to all of them (although there may be specific areas on a lot where it occurs and others where it does not - but that would be incredibly hard to test). So basically, I'd like to compile a list of all known lots where this occurs and add this to our Uneven Lots thread, as I do think it is a related issue. I'll test each lot as I can, but if you can list the ones you've already found, that would be helpful.

@BryonyRae I'll show you how you can reproduce the bug on any of the lots.

@BryonyRaeAs you can see in the video, the problem is not with the terrain, but yes when the stair has only one degree. Put a room, leave the foundation low and place the stair.
EDIT: I've tested in Potters Splay and I can reproduce this.

@leozabotto Thanks for the videos. That was indeed how I tested in my game, but going back into it now, I can reproduce this glitch on Potters Splay as well as others, so not sure why it didn't happen the first time I tested there. It may be that it does not always occur (but is not lot related). It definitely seems to be easily reproducible on the whole though, so yes, I think it deserves its own separate thread.
