@chancllas Do you mean you have no mods/cc at all or just none that may conflict obviously ?

If it's the first, please remove ALL your mods/cc and test without. Also make sure to delete the localthumbcache file.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open relationship panel, select “Hide Relationship” wait, and sim reappears
What happens when the bug occurs? Hidden sim appears in panel after a couple in-game hours.
What do you expect to see? Hidden sim stays hidden unless interacted with again
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? None.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Issue appeared with latest PC: 1.108.289.1030 / Mac: 1.108.289.1230 / Console: 1.94 patch as a new game feature

How it appears in game mode:

Just want to add to this, but this happens for me too. My sims panel is filled with almost empty relationship bars, so i wanted to clear them out (happens when running a retail store). I spent ages hiding all the relationships, but they all pop back into existence later on (not from interacting, just comes back in one go). I think its after saving the game and coming back, its like the hide relationship resets its settings after reloading the save.

This feature is SO needed, but so not working right now.
