Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This is found by making your sim going to work and trying to have them socialise with coworkers
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens. I go to work and select “socialise with coworkers” and the work day goes on as normal. When highlighted it states that my sim is “socialising with coworkers”
What do you expect to see? I expect pop ups stating the coworkers I’ve met and then new people to be added to the relationships section.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This is my first time posting to the forum. I’ve tried googling answers but could only find old threads with no resolutions.
I’m unable to meet coworkers which makes starting out as a Young Adult very lonely!
I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this bug or have any advice? Thank you
I have seen this happen in new saves where there are literally no other sims in the world in the same career.
For me, I've needed to either choose a career that has premade sims in it, or manually switch premades to that career, or create other households (or download from gallery) where someone is in that career.
AFAIK "socialize with coworkers" doesn't generate new sims for the purpose.
