[PC/MAC] Conversation indication won't go away

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? HS years, Cottage living, eco lifestyle, university, island living, get famous, seasons, cats and dogs, city living, get together, get to work, Dream home decorator, realm of magic, jungle adventure, vampires, outdoor retreat, tiny living, laundry day, fitness, movie hangout, spooky, perfect patio.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Talk to a sim, stop talking to a sim
What happens when the bug occurs? the bug is like my sims are still having a conversation. but they stopped a long time ago and went to sleep. the window stays active as if they are talking to one another in their sleep.
What do you expect to see? I expect the window to go away
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The issue didn't occur until you guys tried to "fix" the other issues with the game with the most reason patch.
There are so many more issues I've been having but this one is really bothersome. so I chose this one to report.
