[PROBABLY MOD RELATED] [V] Plasma Packs end up on floor instead of drinking

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampires, Spa Day, Get to Work, Cats and Dogs, Parenthood, Laundry Day, Seasons, My First Pet Stuff, Holiday Celebration Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Vampire Sim Drink a Plasma Pack from their Inventory.
What happens when the bug occurs? When commanding Vampire Sims to drink Plasma Packs, They'll put the pack onto the floor and then the player must reclick it from on the floor to get them to pick it up and drink it. This is the only way to get them to do so. This happens in Forgotten Hollow on Garliclauter Place (residential) lot. I don't know how to fix it, It happens for both Sims. Looks like removing Mods and CC *kinda* fixed it, They are able to drink the plasma from their inventories, but after their arms freak out afterwards.
What do you expect to see? No jump bug or arm glitch, Normal Drinking Action.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

@PugLove888, Suggested removing Mods and CC and it looks like removing Mods and CC *kinda* fixed it, They are able to drink the plasma from their inventories, but after their arms freak out afterwards. Updating and Repairing my game via Origin does nothing. I don't know how to fix it. Please help.
