Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On the day of the 'Prom' event, the game asks to accompany the Sim to prom or skip prom, as I click to do attend prom the game bugs out and takes me to the 'World Menu' and if I try to reenter the household with the attending Sim, it takes me to the World Menu once again, if I try reentering with any of the other Sims from the family, the games' UI is duplicate and I can't click anything, it's unplayable.
What happens when the bug occurs? Prom doesn't happen and the game becomes unplayable, I already lost progress 3/4 times.
What do you expect to see? The prom event to happen and me not having to Exit game every time it bugs out because that game stops working altogether.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Just please help me fix this, I've spent more money on this game than on any other thing so it's f disappointing to not be able to play it normally, especially after just having bought a 40€ expansion pack.
