Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After my teen sim going to school, the neighbourhood desappears. Once back home, the lots and houses are there, because I can see them on the "Manage Worlds" Screen and I can go to every of them. But they have vanished from the view.
What happens when the bug occurs? All lots and houses of my neighbourhood are missing. When going to other neighbourhoods it happens similarly: you can see just the lot where you have traveled, and nothing more. It also happens that the Rental Properties Tab doesn't show the properties my household possessess, unless you are there.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the neibourhood fully fitted out
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Maybe this is not a bug, but a glitch; but it's absolutely annoying.
All the neigbourhoods have gone. It remains just the Active Household Lot.

I have tried deleting the cache and repairing the game, with no results.
What can I do?. I feel completely stuck.

Looks to me like the lot you load into appears normally, but nothing on the neighboring lots displays?

It's exactly what @mightyspritesims describes. The lot I am playing is perfect. It's my neighbours' lots what I can't see.
I think none of the issues listed in that link about lost houses reflects my problem, since it is not my active lot what disappears.
I am trying loading an old save as a way of resetting. I'll see.
