Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a household, then move that household to a different map. Upon arriving at the new map, it will start popping up Discovery Quests.
What happens when the bug occurs? No matter what you do or what settings are turned off, the Discovery Quest prompts keep appearing. They appear in the top-left of the screen and also in the notifications. I currently have 3 that keep appearing. If you trash them with the icon on the top-left, they disappear, then immediately re-appear with in 5 seconds. Even after turning off ALL SETTINGS in Tips & Tutorials in the save file, they keep coming back. If you turn off "Enable Discovery Quests" they still come back. If I switch between household members it also restores itself onto my screen in the top-left. Within 1 min of trying to close this I had about 30 notifications on the wall as well.
What do you expect to see? I expect that when I "trash" or "disable" something in the game that it does NOT come back onto my screen. If I disable something in the game settings, I expect it to actually remove that from my game and not keep cluttering the screen. The game is unplayable until this is fixed. I have been playing for nearly 2,000 hours and have never experienced this until today, and I have moved households from map to map before and this never showed. This only appeared after the Reaper Rewards went away, which was similarly annoying and unable to be removed.
