@stephaniem723 But it's not specific to the multi mailbox ?

Can you test if it works in a house ? (try a backup)

I tried in a house, in a new save file and it worked fine. So it does appear to be linked to the features of Rent.

    I have the same issue, my sim is a tenant though and he can't sell his cross stitch tried removing mods and cc and still the same issue, so I am guessing it has to do with for rent
