It doesn't appear in the new laundry list. This is disappointing as it is a major feature of lovestruck and doesn't work for males.
Unfortunately it's a common theme, even with the more focussed team on bug fixes, the Sims team doesn't seem to prioritise the bugs that are we are reporting recently and repeatedly, even though these bugs are making packs unplayable. Nice-to-haves are getting prioritised over painful, annoying gameplay hindering bugs.
We are lucky if we can play the pack features in a year ☹️
I have a version of this issue, I'm not sure if it is exactly the same as others have reported. I've found that random males I've selected from Cupid's Corner (not the ones that say they were created by a gallery user) have female voices when my sim meets them in game. It isn't every male that appears in the app, as the NPC male sims that ship with the packs all have their normal deep voices, it just seems to be some NPC sims that the game generates during the course of gameplay that have female voices for me.
