Apparently, says fixed but that is untrue. the mccc hack doesn't work like many people mentioned. EA, this is going on with over 570 replies....and you guys are still asking for saves? Remember, the complaints rolled in after the Love Struck update.

It was before the love struck update. This actually predates most of the packs. More people started experiencing the bug after For Rent pack. I have not bought a single kit, expansion pack since. And don’t plan to. I honestly check in just to how more pages have been added. Because that is all that is happening.

    @EMMS2025 This is absolutely the case. Its been exacerbated because of the addition of residential rental lots from for rent. I originally stumbled upon this issue as a result of the usage of the copy worlds mod by Zerbu which allowed me to create many more lots than what were available at the time. As a result I stumbled across this issue back in 2021 https://answers.ea.com/t5/PC/Error-Code-800/m-p/10877498. Ive since had to rebuild my entire save without the mod, transferring every lot, every sim (about 1500 sims) and recreating every relationship and reallocating every job. As of For Rent the issue is back again if I add any new rental lots and if I allow for the installation of lovestruck that the entire save is gone.

      @jarl44 Right we have to recreate the ours sims whole life and lose milestones too especially for babies. Then having to reconnect them to family m members and like you said reallocate jobs. Story lines are destroyed. Restarting the game just for it to possibly do this again is absurd.

        @EMMS2025 this honestly needs to be an issue EA addresses sooner rather than later. They announced that the future is going to be more Sims 4 content which means more expansion packs. The more worlds that are introduced mean the higher likelihood that others will encounter this issue. But then they wont realise their early worlds would have been corrupted as there are no longer any exclamation markers
